(sorry I just saw this) I don't think that's legally valid; CC-BY-SA requires that any derivative works also be shared under the same license, but I can't contribute the code to more-itertools unless I'm allowed to distribute it under the MIT license (or, technically, grant someone else permission to distribute it under MIT). Not that I'm really worried about you suing or anything ;-) but I do think it'd be best coming from you; or at least I'd want to have an MIT license release in some less ephemeral form than a comment.
